1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkwapp ("pkwapp", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkwapp website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all associated features accessible at pkwapp.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game on the pkwapp Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the pkwapp Platform. pkwapp reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pkwapp Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during account usage:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkwapp strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification is a mandatory part of the KYC process and pkwapp reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You must be registering and placing bets on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a pkwapp employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pkwapp makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pkwapp complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your location. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access pkwapp's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one pkwapp account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices and payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be suspended, balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkwapp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkwapp support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• Non-transferable: pkwapp accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any right or interest in it to any other person.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

pkwapp is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pkwapp may also request identity verification at any other time, including at account registration or when suspicious activity is detected.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership. pkwapp reserves the right to determine the adequacy of any submitted documentation and to request additional documents where required. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be suspended and balances held pending resolution.

5. Deposits & Payments

All account balances on pkwapp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per player tier.
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• pkwapp reserves the right to reverse deposits made using fraudulent payment instruments or where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• pkwapp does not accept deposits from minors. Any deposit identified as originating from a person under 18 will be refunded and the account closed.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pkwapp account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals submitted before KYC completion will be held pending document submission.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Processing times are typically 15–60 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and 1–24 hours for bank transfers, subject to banking hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pkwapp may refuse any withdrawal request that does not satisfy this requirement.
• pkwapp reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-related funds. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus terms may generally be withdrawn at any time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pkwapp offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18+ only. Players in certain jurisdictions may be excluded from specific offers.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual offer page.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%). Specific contribution rates are stated per offer.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rs 500 per spin or hand, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain unwagered by the expiry date will be forfeited from the account balance.
• pkwapp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. pkwapp also reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where misuse, collusion, or abuse is suspected.

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on pkwapp. Specific rules for individual sports and markets are published within the pkwapp sportsbook interface.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and pkwapp cannot guarantee that odds displayed will remain valid during transmission delays.
• pkwapp reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, or where information was already in the public domain that affected the outcome.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in the specific sport rules section of the platform.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and player tier. pkwapp may restrict bet acceptance or impose individual account limits where required.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

9. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games on pkwapp — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, and crash games — operate according to individual game rules published within the game interface. The following general conditions apply:

• All RNG games use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are not influenced by pkwapp.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real croupiers in certified studios. Game outcomes are determined by real physical processes (card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are not influenced by pkwapp.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server errors, or software faults — pkwapp reserves the right to void the affected round and return any staked amount to the player's balance.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for all slot games is available within the game's information panel. pkwapp does not modify published RTPs.

10. Responsible Gaming

pkwapp is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during active play sessions reminding you of time and money spent.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

pkwapp urges any player who believes their gambling may be becoming harmful to use these tools immediately and to seek professional help. Gambling is intended solely as adult entertainment and should never be used as a source of income or to recover financial losses.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkwapp Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Providing false identity documents or misleading information during KYC or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated low-risk wagering strategies.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkwapp Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and data — is the property of pkwapp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pkwapp.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkwapp shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) interruption of service, technical failures, or third-party service provider outages; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.

pkwapp's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the balance held in your pkwapp account at the time of the relevant incident. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pkwapp's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

pkwapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, Terms violations, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, prolonged inactivity, or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or serious Terms violations, any account balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-punitive reasons, any undisputed real-money balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable fees.

15. Amendments to Terms

pkwapp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkwapp will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be accessible on this page.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction as determined by pkwapp's licensing and operational framework. Where a dispute arises between you and pkwapp, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution informally. pkwapp is committed to handling all dispute communications promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, further escalation procedures will be communicated by the support team.

By using pkwapp, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction, and it remains your personal responsibility to ensure your activity complies with all applicable local laws.
